The Power Max Bonded™ bullet was developed and is loaded exclusively by Winchester®, and combines three complementary technologies.
Because they are bonded, the core and jacket expand without breaking or separating. The result is very high weight retention for maximum energy transfer that delivers awesome knockdown power and very deep penetration. Despite its large diameter, the bullet does not fragment, leaving a sizeable permanent cavity without damaging the meat.
The protected hollow point keeps the bullet tip in perfect condition when loading and unloading the rifle, a vital factor in ensuring outstanding accuracy.
Finally, the jacket has been designed so that the thickness at each point works to offer optimum bullet expansion.
